Meet our Team

We are Brandon and Lisa Stroud.  A husband and wife team located in Annandale, Minnesota.  Our focus is on building beautiful homes one at a time.  Not only are we fun to work with but we instill the same family values in our own that we do with our team and clients.  As a family owned and operated company we strive to build/renovate and design spaces that are both functional and beautiful.  We look forward to working with you!  

Brandon Stroud – Owner

Brandon has over 15+ years experience working in the construction trades.  He has conquered just about every skill set from renovations, new home builds, decking, siding, roofing and more.  Brandon’s strength is in custom home projects and new home builds.  What he enjoys the most is being challenged to put together new projects like stair railings made out of barn wood, custom trim and door installs and full out custom home builds.  If you have a set look in mind he will work to customize your project to look as close as possible to what you were hoping to accomplish.

Lisa Stroud – Realtor/Co-Owner

Lisa graduated from the University
of San Diego and worked in marketing/sales for over ten years before making the
switch to the renovation and real estate world.  Lisa is currently
brokered with eXp Realty and services buyers and sellers in
the west metro area .  And also works alongside Brandon managing everything
from design consults, marketing & client job management.
