Our Process

It starts with a consult…

It is important for us to get to know you and your style and what you are hoping to
achieve.  Before you meet with our team we ask our customers to put together an assortment of
photos that include ideas and themes that express the style you are hoping to achieve. Our team will come to your home and view your space.  The goal of this meeting is to get to know you and your home needs and hopes for your home project. We’ll review your space and discuss ideas and answer any questions you may have. This is an opportunity for you to get to know our company and will help us to build an accurate budget that will work within your needs.

We get the contracts signed and sketch out your basic design.

Before we can think about putting the hammer to the wall, we need to first get through the basics.  We’ll review estimates, scope of work and basic sketches/prints.  If all the numbers and stars align, we drum up the contracts, and start sketching out a basic design, work through final estimates and sign contracts.

Time to get creative!

Once we agree on the pricing and final prints/sketches and contracts are signed.  We get you on the schedule with all of our subs and materials ordered.  Our team will meet with you one last time to go over schedules and what you can expect before the project begins.  And the most exciting part comes next, selections phase!  We’ll work with you one-on-one on choosing everything from cabinets, countertops to flooring and paint.

Kick off construction!

Now it’s time to kick back and relax and let our team do the rest!  You will have access to our team at anytime.  Our goal is to keep the lines of communication open to allow you to get your questions or concerns answered at any point in time during the project.  We will provide you weekly progress updates and keep you in the loop on budget and schedule.

fINAL cOMPLETION!

We will hustle to get your project completed in the allotted time we promised.  But there are always bumps in the road that can cause delays in construction.  Weather, sub contractor schedules, material delays.  In the end we will deliver a beautiful home or room in your home.  And we hope you’ll love it so much you’ll send all your friends!  At the end we wrap up with a professional photo shoot for our portfolio and social media to share you with all of our friends, and we wish you well!
