Basement Finish | Annandale, MN

When it comes to finishing a lower level basement, the options are endless because you have a blank slate.  In this project the original blueprint was mapped for two additional bedrooms, bathroom and living space.  We opened up this floor plan and finished only one bedroom to allow for a later entertainment space including a custom bar and stone fireplace with custom mantel.  The fireplace has custom hickory built-ins including a desk area.  Custom trim and window jambs.  The bar was built with hand picked cedar wood planks glued together and poly for protection.  Flooring selections included wood engrained tile and high end carpet.
